  • 16 demonstrators detained during protest Friday, March 5, 2010 @ 3:25PM16 UW-Milwaukee students were arrested this afternoon during a tuition rally. The rally began at noon in the UWM Union and moved towards Chapman Hall, home to the officers of many top UWM administrators, where the students were arrested. UWM Police Chief Michael Marzion said the various charges against students include obstructing justice and disorderly conduct.
